I love hearing their stories, whether they’re funny, sad or really quite amazing. However, often it’s only me that gets to hear it. When the older generation have passed, those precious stories may be gone too, and I do not want that. This project, will use a variety of media to capture those stories so that they can be shared, enjoyed and learnt from….. I could burst with excitement!
Reminisce
Over the last year our Director, Lauren Mann has been completing a diploma in journalism in readiness for launching Reminisce, but of course her real passion remains to be her work through Farrow Friends and supporting the elderly. Reminisce is a project that focuses on all the fantastic stories we get to hear about you, as support workers so after being inspired by the many amazing stories she has been told throughout her years in the company; Lauren has developed an independent project that gives your stories the spotlight so we can share your amazing achievements, and memories with others.
